CUSTOMIZED RESPONSE PLANS FOR MISSED CALLS
At Alexandria Home Care LLC sometimes your loved one cannot answer the phone. We have a closed-loop process to ensure their safety and well-being. If a Wellness Call goes unanswered, we will work with you to figure out the best course of action. This may include trying to call again later or contacting family members via phone, text, or email. We understand that not every situation is urgent so that we can note the missed call.
